| The last time we used this bed set – it was targeted for an older croud (teenagers). For this area, the target market was younger starter families. A “Tinkerbell” theme worked perfectly with the greens in the duvet set. Green sheets were added for a layered look in the bed, which adds to the room. |

At first I thought this number would have been higher, but some other considerations on a decision to purchase a home are location, price and condition of the home. With this in mind – that is a significant number! |

| White is definitely the colour to use when staging a bathroom. It helps to create that spa-like feeling buyers desire. Although white is a great colour to use for linens, adding a touch of colour will help create interest. Some great places to add this spark of colour: in soaps, artwork or greenery. |
