For this client in particular, they weren’t selling their home but they specialized in selling their clients’ homes. This new Century 21 office in northeast Calgary was looking for a little umph in their office and was looking for a home stager to help. | When staging bedrooms, you want the bed to look as cozy as possible. To achieve this, make sure you have plenty of different sized cushy pillows and a soft comforter. Make sure there is ample lighting beside the bed for reading. |

Staging A Bathroom

| Although tough to keep clean for living, white is the colour to use for linens when staging a bathroom. It helps to create that spa-like feeling buyers desire.
