Staging A Bedroom
November 18, 2010 (posted by Jennifer Campbell, Home Staging Calgary)
Sellers don’t always need to rent furniture and accessories to stage their homes. Depending on furniture, accessories and layout condition, a few tweaks can transform an average room into a showroom.
Now the fun part – showcasing your home. If a new matching set is not in your budget, consider using just a comforter, but remember to steam out the wrinkles. Good luck on your quick sale!
Remember to clean and pre-pack any personal photos as well as anything not in use. By depersonalizing your home it will appeal to more buyers.

After: By touching up the paint on the walls, changing the comforter, fluffing the pillows and ironing out the wrinkles, the room feels more kept.
