According to Canadian Staging Professionals’ Research, 74% of home buyers drive by before touring a home and 90% of buyers start their search online. This is why it’s important to keep your curb appeal in person or online at it’s best when you are selling your home. Try taking pictures at different angles and different times of day until you are happy with the results. Better yet, hire a professional photographer.
How home staging makes a difference.

After: The containers with berries add a welcoming touch beside the garage doors and front entry. Photos taken at dawn or dusk will look brighter and cheerier than during a sunny day.

Before: Living room before staging.

It’s always nice for a living room to have a conversational area. By bringing in an armless chair, the space has enough seating for 4 people, but it doesn’t appear crouded. Barcelona chairs work perfect for this senario.

After: To brighten up the space, a white barcelona chair and white accessories were added. To tie the red couch into the room, a red cushion was also included.

Proper sized furniture can really showcase a bedroom’s potential. By adding a colourful bed set and artwork to match, buyers will imagine the best a space can be.

After: To utilize the most space, we re-arranged the bed, set the mattress on framing as well as added night stands, bedding, artwork and accessories. This space is now perfect for teenagers/guests.
