Did you know that 63% of buyers are looking for a home that is move in ready? (Canadian Staging Professional Stat) This means they just want to move in and don’t want to do any sort of renovation. A simple way to update a space is to remove the wallpaper and paint it a neutral colour.

No matter what price range your buyers qualify for, they always want the most space available in each room. If you re-arrange furniture so there is lots of walking space, rooms will look bigger. Before you do this, however, make sure the new arrangement will highlight the feature of the room. Some common room features are: a fireplace, high ceilings or exterior views.
