By removing the twin bed, shifting the queen bed to another wall and updating the bedding, this space will appeal to a younger demographic.

Some simple ways to update a kitchen are: clear the countertops of items used on a daily basis and replace them with “staging” safe accessories like a small plant, fruit or bottled water. Another simple and cheap reno to do in a kitchen is update the lighting.
