| The last time we used this bed set – it was targeted for an older croud (teenagers). For this area, the target market was younger starter families. A “Tinkerbell” theme worked perfectly with the greens in the duvet set. Green sheets were added for a layered look in the bed, which adds to the room. |

Where Should I Hang Artwork?
Sometimes it can be difficult to choose where to hang a beautiful new piece of art. Check out Terri from Striking Glass‘s blog post “More on Hanging Art” for some great inspiration on where to start. While you’re on her site – check out her selection of artwork – each piece is very stunning!
Staging A Bonus Room
| Long and narrow vacant spaces can make it difficult for buyers to envision where to place their belongings. To make your living room feel as spacious as possible, make sure you use the correctly proportioned furniture. To add some life to your room use bright throw cushions and blankets that have similar colours from your artwork. If you are unsure of how much colour to add, use the 60-30-10 rule. |

A Great ROI (Return on Investment) for Selling
My CSP (Canadian Staging Professionals) instructor Jackson West often said “Paint is money in a can!” And it’s true. 67% of Real Estate agents recommend a fresh coat of paint to their clients, the investment in paint is less than a price reduction, and it will show buyers your home is well kept.
So what colour should you paint your home? The first consideration is your future buyer. They are looking for a colour that will go with their decor. The safest choice is a neutral colour. Not sure what colour to go with or who to paint your home? We’ve got a pallatte book of “Staging Safe Colors” we’d be happy to share with you. We’ve worked with and were very happy with Five Star Painting – check out their site!
