If you have a vacant property that you plan to sell, one of the most important things you can do to increase your chances of selling quickly at the best price is to stage it. A vacant property needs to be staged to feel welcoming. Here are five steps on how to stage a vacant house to sell.
 
Step 1: Get Quote

  • Get a free assessment followed by a detailed quote from a certified home stager so you know your full costs before you move forward.

 
Step 2: Do Consult

  • A consultation with a professional home stager provides step by step details for how to stage each room. This includes necessary furniture and accessories, small touch ups, and special staging tips.

 
Step 3: Turn Recommendations into Reality
