Home Staging Consultation: This is a paid service that provides a detailed walk through of your property and documented recommendations for steps you can take to do your own “DIY staging”. Set Your Stage does not perform the actual staging for you at this level of service. However, this professional guidance, based on proven expertise in the field, can make all the difference if you are working on a very limited budget and prefer to spend the time to make the changes yourself. Home Staging (Lived-in or Vacant): Set Your Stage offers this full-service level option to prepare your property for a quick sale at the highest value. Whether your property is vacant or you are living in it while it’s listed for sale, additional furniture rental is an option at this level. Our home staging service includes two stagers preparing your property – we do the work for you so you can focus on other things. |
