This is an interesting article that gives the pros of home staging. At the end of the video they mention what type of buyers prefer a home not staged: the ones looking for a deal. Depending on what type of offer/buyer you want to attract, you may not want to have your home staged, but if you’re looking for top dollar on your investment, you should seriously consider getting advice from a professional.
