According to The Canadian Staging Professional Research, 98% of real estate professionals agree it would be helpful to hire a professional home stager but only 20% do. Last year, I decided to do some research of my own to compare how Realtors from Calgary differ from Realtors across Canada. According to my findings in Calgary 92% agree home staging would be helpful and 25% have hired home stagers.
