This is why it’s important to keep your curb appeal at it’s best whether or not you are selling your home. Curb appeal doesn’t only refer to your front yard, it includes your driveway, sidewalk, side yard and backyard.

Some simple tips to freshen your yard:

  • Ensure everything is repair free!
  • Remove all weeds and dead plants, trim all hedges and large bushes or trees.
  • Add some colour and greenery with potted plants.
  • Moonlights always are a nice touch to draw your eye to a focal point.
