According to Canadian Staging Professionals’ Research, 74% of home buyers drive by before touring a home and 90% of buyers start their search online. This is why it’s important to keep your curb appeal in person or online at it’s best when you are selling your home. Try taking pictures at different angles and different times of day until you are happy with the results. Better yet, hire a professional photographer.
How home staging makes a difference.

After: The containers with berries add a welcoming touch beside the garage doors and front entry. Photos taken at dawn or dusk will look brighter and cheerier than during a sunny day.
