My CSP (Canadian Staging Professionals) instructor Jackson West often said “Paint is money in a can!” And it’s true. 67% of Real Estate agents recommend a fresh coat of paint to their clients, the investment in paint is less than a price reduction, and it will show buyers your home is well kept.
So what colour should you paint your home? The first consideration is your future buyer. They are looking for a colour that will go with their decor. The safest choice is a neutral colour. Not sure what colour to go with or who to paint your home? We’ve got a pallatte book of “Staging Safe Colors” we’d be happy to share with you. We’ve worked with and were very happy with Five Star Painting – check out their site!
