Staging A Bedroom

Does this bedroom look familiar?

If a bedroom is long and narrow, try putting the bed in the middle of one of the long walls. This will make the space feel more square. Altough I try to avoid reds in bedrooms, rules are meant to be broken (especially if there is only a little pop of red).

Even if a dining room allows space for lots of seating, keep chairs to a minimum for extra walking space around the table. Buyers will be able to see there is room for 6 guests even thought 4 chairs are displayed.

In an office, you want the space to feel comfortable and inviting. If the desk in your office doesn’t seem to flow the way you’d like – try angling it for some interest. If the room feels dark, try adding a lamp for extra lighting.
