There is a new Lowe’s store already open in Cross Iron Mills with plans to open more in Calgary. Check out Mario Toneguzzi’s article from the Calgary Herald “American retail giant opens in Calgary area”. Have you been to Lowe’s yet? What has your experience been? Do they live up to their promises of enough staff to help?

Thank you for your comment! Originally I purchased template # 15534 from http://www.entheosweb.com/default.asp but since then I have modified the graphics and back end code to match Set Your Stage’s brand. You should check out Entheosweb’s site, they have lots of beautiful templates to choose from.

For a home to sell in today’s real estate market, the home needs to be turnkey ready, and that’s where staging plays an important role, but if your entry door is simply “ugly”, staging will not help here. An entry door replacement (steel) will cost under $1,200 but the cost/value ratio is 128.9%, this is a great investment no matter how you look at. The front door of your home is one of the items a potential buyer can see from the street and is very important when you are selling your home.
Your kitchen and your bathroom speak loudly about your whole house, if your tiles are broken, or the grout is dirty, staging is not going to help in selling your house. You need someone to fix it. For all home improvements projects visit my website: http://www.atrustrenovations.com
