It’s that time of year when all of our creepy critters decide to come inside and warm up. As unpleasant as it is kill these insects such as spiders, ants etc. when living in our homes, it can kill the sale of your home if a potential buyer gets a friendly greeting from Charlotte.

Just imagine: you’re looking for your dream home and you’ve finally come across one that meets all of your needs, but, you find a spider in the master bathroom.
